How to Update the Machine Date and Time

Guide on how to update the machine date and time settings.


For the Older Machine series / Non I-Series Machine

Via Machine Control Panel

STEP 1 – On the Konica Minolta machine control panel, click on [Menu] button, select [Utility] and click on [Administrator Settings] then enter the machine Admin Password. Default administrator password will be either [7801261178012611] or [1234567812345678] or [12345678] or [12341234].

STEP 2 – Go to [System Settings] and select [Date/Time Settings].

STEP 3 – Click on the [Year / Month / Date] or [Hour / Minute] and press on the [Display Keypad] at the upper left of the screen to update accordingly. Click on [OK] to save and go back to the Main Menu.


Via Machine Web Connection

STEP 1 – Open the machine Web Connection. Please click here on guide on how to access the machine Web Connection.

STEP 2 – Login as Administrator and go to [Maintenance] > [Date/Time Setting] and select [Manual Setting]. Default administrator password will be either [7801261178012611] or [1234567812345678] or [12345678] or [12341234].

STEP 3 – Update the Date and Time accordingly and click [OK] to save the settings. Once done, logout as Administrator by clicking the Logout button on the upper right of the page.

For the Newer Machine series / I-Series Machine

Via Machine Control Panel

STEP 1 – On the Konica Minolta machine control panel, click on [Home] icon, select [Utility] and click on [Administrator] then enter the machine Admin Password. Default administrator password will be either [7801261178012611] or [1234567812345678] or [12345678] or [12341234].

STEP 2 – Go to [Maintenance] and select [Date/Time Settings] > [Manual Setting].

STEP 3 – Update the Date and Time accordingly and click [OK] to save the settings. Once done, logout as Administrator by clicking the [x] button on the upper right of the page.


Via Machine Web Connection

STEP 1 – Open the machine Web Connection. Please click here on guide on how to access the machine Web Connection.

STEP 2 – Login as Administrator, go to [Maintenance] and select [Date/Time Settings] > [Manual Setting]. Default administrator password will be either [7801261178012611] or [1234567812345678] or [12345678] or [12341234].

STEP 3 – Update the Date and Time accordingly and click [OK] to save the settings. Once done, logout as Administrator by clicking the [Logout] button on the upper right of the page.
